Brisbane CSC endeavours to make annual donations to local charities, by raising funds at live games and events throughout the season. Treasurer Paul Mochan (grandson of Neilly Mochan) is in charge of the Brisbane Celtic SC Charity Fund and Nicola Blair is responsible for fund raising. Paul is pictured above with Brisbane Lady Mayoress, Lisa Newman along with club members Andy Baillie and James O'Neill handing over a cheque in 2007 to the Lady Mayoress's Community Trust Fund.

Our current project is to support An Orphanage in Peru.
Two of our Brisbane Celtic SC Members Matt Clark and Roisin Geoghon will be going on a trip to Peru to help out at an orphanage <http://www.travellernottourist.com/our_projects.html>
It's in a socially deprived area. Roisin will be spending her time teaching the children and Matt will be helping in the building of a new school. Brisbane Celtic SC will be donating $1300 to the non profit charity which runs the organisation from funds raised during the Gathering of the Celts Get Together in June.
